Enrolments

​​​Follow the simple process to enrol at Hamilton Island State School. 

STEP 1 

​O​ption 1: 

Collect an enrolment package from the office or call the office for a hard copy to be posted. 

OR 

Option 2:  

Online Enrolment​ 

• Download our Enrolment Form 
• Download the Department's ​Media Consent Form​
• Download the Online Service Consent Form​
  
• Complete, sign and email both documents to apart40@eq.edu.au or STAFFHISS@hamiltonislandss.eq.edu.au
  
• Submit a copy of your child's birth certificate to the school 

STEP 3

Stop over at the office to purchase uniforms and collect a current booklist. 

Prep enrolments

Use the online calculator to see when your child can start Prep. Simply select your child's month and year of birth.
