Hamilton Island State School is a PBL school. We are committed to providing a safe, respectful and positive learning environment for students, staff and the wider community, where students have opportunities to engage in quality learning experiences and acquire values supportive of their lifelong wellbeing.
Our Student Code of Conduct is designed to facilitate mutual respect and a high standards of behaviour so that the learning and teaching in our school can be effective and students can participate positively within our school community.
At Hamilton Island State School we support the Department of Education code of school behaviour which ensures that all members of our school community understand the values
and principles of the code of school behaviour and can meet the required
standards of behaviour for all Queensland State Schools.
